The 3D model is suitable for virtual reality, real-time applications, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations and any other computer-generated project. It's printable in 3D and has a realistic scale. Originally created with 3ds Max 2016, the model can be exported to multiple formats. To enhance its resolution, you can subdivide it further. The model consists of one solid geometric object that is already subdivided for easier usage. The Turbo Smooth modifier sits atop the mesh geometry, applied twice. It's centered at the scene origin. Rendering is handled by Vray 3.0 with a simple standard material, but no textures are involved. Don't expect to find an illumination setup in the accompanying 3ds Max scene file.
