High-Resolution 3D Model Compatible with VR, Real-Time Rendering, and Architectural Visualizations ---------------------------------------- Our comprehensive 3D model is engineered for seamless integration into various Computer Generated (CG) projects, including Virtual Reality (VR), real-time applications, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, or any other high-fidelity CG project. With meticulous attention to scale, the model boasts accurate dimensions in line with real-world counterparts. The design process was initiated within 3ds Max 2016, allowing for the model's optimal export to various formats and further manipulation. Its geometry can be subdivided multiple times to achieve enhanced resolution, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring meticulous detail. Crafted as a singular solid geometry object, our model is ready for subdivision without sacrificing its initial structure. This setup includes a TurboSmooth modifier applied on top of the mesh, with two iterations to optimize the level of smoothness. Its centered origin makes positioning straightforward within the scene. For accurate rendering, Vray 3.0 was utilized along with simple Vray Standard Materials; no textures were employed in this configuration. Note that illumination setup is absent from the original 3ds Max scene to preserve flexibility for custom renderings or future adjustments. Critical dimensions for successful 3D printing include measurements of 7629cm x 7639cm x 11427cm, ensuring precision down to every detail.
