This is a 3D model created specifically for real-time applications in VR and other fields. It's perfect for interior architectural scenes, visualizations, animations, or any type of computer-generated project. The model is optimized for 3D printing and features accurate real-world scale. Originally designed using 3ds Max 2016, it can be easily exported into various formats for different applications. To achieve a higher level of detail, the model can be further subdivided. It exists as one single, solid geometry object ready for subdivision. A Turbosmooth modifier with two iterations is applied on top of the mesh to enhance its resolution. The 3D model is placed at the origin point in the scene and is available for immediate use. All rendering work was completed using Vray 3.0 with a simple standard material, devoid of textures. Note that the accompanying 3ds Max scene does not contain any illumination setup, requiring separate addition or modification if needed. Dimensions of the model are as follows: height of 8,876 cm, width of 9,114 cm, and depth of 23.3 cm. Any desired changes to this design can be made upon request.
