The model is fully suitable for use in virtual reality, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and any other computer-generated project. It's a 3D printable model with correct real-world dimensions, allowing it to be accurately scaled. The model was originally created using 3ds Max 2016 software and exported into various formats. To further increase the resolution of the model, it can be subdivided into more precise components. Currently, the model exists as one solid geometry object that's ready for subdivision. A Turbosmooth modifier has been applied to the mesh geometry, giving the model a higher level of detail with two iterations. The model is centered at the origin of the scene. The rendering process used Vray 3.0 and a simple Vray standard material without any textures added. It's worth noting that the 3ds Max scene doesn't include the illumination setup.
