The model is designed to suit VR, real-time applications, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and any other CG project. It is fully compatible with 3D printing, having correct real-world scale dimensions. The original file was created using 3ds Max 2016 and exported in multiple formats. For enhanced resolution, the model can be further subdivided. As one solid geometry object, it's already optimized for subdivision. Additionally, the Turbosmooth modifier has been applied on top of the mesh geometry with two iterations. Centered at scene origin, this 3D model is fully prepared for use in a VR or real-time project. For rendering, Vray 3.0 and simple standard material are used, without textures. Please note that no illumination setup was included within the 3ds Max scene provided.
