The 3D model is well-suited for various virtual reality and real-time applications, including 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, or other computer-generated projects. It is printable in 3D form with accurate real-world dimensions. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016 software, the model has been exported to other formats for easier use. Further subdivision of the model can increase its level of detail and resolution. The model consists of a single solid geometry object, designed for seamless subdivision. To enhance rendering quality, a Turbosmooth modifier with two iterations is applied on top of the mesh geometry. For added realism, the 3D model is centered at the origin of the scene. Utilizing Vray 3.0, simple standard materials have been employed, devoid of textures. Note that illumination settings are not included in the provided 3ds Max scene file. For dimensions suitable for 3D printing, the model measures 10,442cm by 10,442cm by 22,652cm.
