Located precisely at the center of origin within the scene, it allows for easier maneuverability when working around the project's layout. A simple yet effective material was applied through Vray 3.0 that matches the real-world lighting standards; note however that this doesn't come equipped with textures - you're free to add them later on if needed. To note though is that illumination wasn't setup in the 3ds Max scene as it is intended to serve as a base for your visualizing work and therefore would like users to set up their preferred way of illuminating scenes from scratch.
