The model is designed specifically for use in virtual reality, real-time applications, and other CG projects that require detailed architectural interior scenes, animations, or visualizations. It is suitable for 3D printing with its accurate real-world scale. Originally created using 3ds Max 2016 and later exported to various formats. This model can be further subdivided to increase its level of detail and resolution. A single solid geometry object makes it ready for subdivision into more precise components. The mesh geometry has been enhanced with a Turbosmooth modifier that runs two iterations on top. To achieve proper balance, the object is centered at the origin point within the scene. Rendering is carried out using Vray 3.0 and simple materials with no texture applications are included in the 3ds Max scene as illumination settings have not been implemented into the scene setup.
