The provided 3D model is highly suitable for use in VR, real-time applications, 3D printing, architectural interior scenes, visualizations, and animations in various CG projects. Originally designed using 3ds Max 2016, it has been successfully exported to other formats for broader compatibility. To enhance its level of detail, this model can be further subdivided as needed.
