Here is a 3D model optimized for VR, real-time applications, and 3D printing that can be easily used in architectural interior scenes, visualizations, animations, and other CG projects. The model features correct real-world scale, making it suitable for detailed modeling and visualization tasks. Originally created with 3ds Max 2016, the model is compatible with various formats and can be subdivided further to increase its resolution. The model consists of a single solid geometry object that can be subdivided as needed. It has been set up with the Turbosmooth modifier on top of the mesh geometry with 2 iterations for optimized rendering. The object is centered at the origin of the scene, making it easy to position and rotate in any direction. The model has been rendered using Vray 3.0 with a simple Vray standard material that features no textures, allowing users to customize the appearance to suit their needs. However, please note that the illumination setup for the 3ds Max scene is not included.
