Print in vase mode or spiralize the outer contour with ease. Top layers are set to zero, while bottom layers reach three. Feel free to scale this design to fit your specific needs - it's already impressive at 115m tall and 75mm wide. Don't worry about its water-resistance; I haven't tested that aspect yet.
