prusaprinters

Hey,
variolin? most people don't know what this is.
this does not surprise me.
varioline is an industrial machine that takes beer bottles, unfolds and glues boxes, puts the bottles in the boxes and glues them shut.
is this a print for everyone, no was this my intention no
why did i make this? prove that 3d printing is not just for hobbyists .
but there is a whole story behind it if you want to know this keep reading

first to start, i'm an industrial electrician i bought my first printer in 2017 a wanhao duplicator i3 i was still in school then so what did i print the most? decorative objects like probably most people just because I couldn't design I thought so anyway. In hindsight this is really not difficult and nowadays with the different possibilities of programs certainly not anymore so I recommend for the people who think they can't design just try it anyone who wants can do this.
when I started working about 1.4 ago there were a few parts that were no longer available out of boredom I started to design and print them actually meant as a joke for my fellow technicians because these were normally heavy objects (about 10kg or 22.0462262 Pound) so I threw the printed parts at them to give them a good scare
after a few days I couldn't find these printed parts anymore so I asked where they were apparently they put them in the machine.
because this was certainly not printed to be used I immediately went to look at this machine.
this piece had miraculously lasted until today (1.3 years ago) this piece is still there when i realized that 3d printing could be used for industrial applications i naturally started printing more for work because my printer got old so when I saw prusaprinters at makerfair I was immediately sold, so when my company wanted to buy a printer itself and I could choose it, it was without a doubt a prusa.
after being able to use the prusa printer for 3 months i got a better job offer from the brewery where i work now .
now 5 months later I still miss that printer so I bought myself a prusa mini and I try to get my work to buy a printer.

these fingers are shorter than the original and much cheaper normal is one finger +50 euro and we need more then 60
my colleagues are already sold for a printer at work my boss a little less but sees potential and this is mainly due to the prusa machines mini my old wanhao printed parts i didn't even got to test with the prusa printed pieces this is possible
so with this 3d printing is not only for hobbyists but can also be used industrially I try to make this clear to so many people with this piece
help me get 3d printing spread by designing things not only decorative but also functional and not only household 3d printing can be used everywhere so we can make 3d printing more widespread together.
if you made it this far thank you and keep printing keep designing only together we can do this happy printing

(photo's on the machine later)
