After assembling the carriage, I noticed it was slightly protruding towards the belts, so I upgraded it to improve its fit. The old version still works well for printing the new carriage, which is a plus. To secure the wheels, I'm using M5x20mm screws without nuts, as they have a 6mm bore and are designed to thread their own holes when first installed. Similarly, the arm-holder holes are threaded with an M3 screw, creating a snug fit that can be reinforced with thread locker or superglue if needed for added security.
