This is a case to mount a variable voltage buck converter to the frame of an ender 3. It has t-nuts built into the base to suit the dual slot 4040 frame, and the lid allows easy visibility of the screen, and access to the adjustment screw. The inside of the lid has cable tie mounts to provide some strain relief on the cables, You should be able to get a small cable tie to fit in without pushing the lid up.
