Case design for variable power supply with trimmer and switch accommodates diverse electrical needs. Operating voltage range spans 0-100 volts, ensuring adaptability to various applications. A built-in voltmeter allows immediate display of output voltage, while an optional voltmeter-ammeter setup enables more precise control. The voltmeter recess measures 25x45 mm, and the holes for potentiometer and switch are carefully sized at 0.8 mm. This variable power supply employs a range of components, including a computer power supply with a 24-volt output up to four amps, an XL6009 logic board dc-dc converter, a ten-kg potentiometer, an output switch, and two crocodile clips. The interior design allows for secure placement of the dc-dc converter via two supports, ensuring stable operation. For added durability, the case features a housing for two plastic clamps to keep wires firmly in place, preventing damage from drafts or vibrations.
