Version 2 of my initial design introduces several enhancements, such as covered barb fittings that safeguard the product from damage and increase its lifespan. The valve has been upgraded to a pinch valve, ensuring no leaks occur. A new fitting design has also been incorporated to boost thread size while using less material for quicker printing. The valve fitting is mounted into the body by a push fit with 45-degree teeth for printability, and a guide pin locks it in place to prevent rotation when the valve is used. This design requires no tools or adhesives for assembly and allows a half-rotation change from open to closed, marked from 1 to 5 for flow rate indication. Compatible with standard print bed sizes, this easy-to-print design is reliable, efficient with material usage, and leak-proof.
