Variable Density Bottle Opener
thingiverse
Changes Made: Added lobe above corner where stress cracks and failures were found in original, now at 15-20% infill. Removed round hole on end of handle. Deleted small paths through area of maximum stress, actually adding material when printing with less than 100% infill. 1 x 1 mm cuts though the jaw and lobe add more material to those areas because slicer sees them as surface, so they're made thicker there, unlike just infill (see images of slicer sections). Printing whole thing solid is an option, but for high-volume production, it's nice to go fast with just the material you have.
