I'm using a Trail Tech Vapor system on my motorcycle build, and I opted for an aluminum surround for the Vapor (and Trailtech Dashboard). However, the aluminum wasn't clearing some components on the front of the bike. To resolve this issue, I designed and fabricated a riser to elevate it by 10mm, which clears the bike's front components perfectly. The mounting holes are precisely 8.2mm in ID, allowing for an 8mm OD x 6mm ID x 10mm length aluminum sleeve spacer to be easily inserted.
