Vaping box mod spacer rings

One of the most basic designs imaginable, yet it was nowhere to be found on Thingiverse - so here it is. This OpenSCAD design produces five distinct sizes (ranging from 0.1 to 0.5 mm by default) of spacer rings for vaping box mods. All you need to do is measure the outside and inside diameters, modify the `C1` and `C2` parameters, render it, and print at a 0.1 layer height (preferably with four to five outer perimeters).
