I put together a collaboration of various parts and designs that fit my needs perfectly. When printed upright, the Lithophane measures 81mm in height and 76mm in width; use a Brim to ensure it prints properly. You can create your own lithophane at http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ and adjust its size to suit your requirements. This may require some adjustments, depending on your printer and filament of choice. I printed my Lithophane using PLA at a .2 layer height, but you can increase the detail by going up a layer. This design necessitates supports and a large print surface; it's best to print the stand first and use its dimensions to adjust the back and lithophane as needed. Some filaments may contract or expand, so be sure to account for this when printing. To get a snug fit between the litho and back panel, some light sanding was used, but you can also use adhesive double-sided 3M tape (I used it for my USB cords) or magnets.
