Over sized Vape Tanks: Three Sizes Designed to Fit SMOK, Prince, and AEGIS Cerberus. These tanks will work with many other popular sizes as well, since they are standard dimensions. The size of each tank is listed in the description, such as D24.5, which means 24.5mm inside diameter at the top and bottom opening, or H20, which is 20mm height. I recommend using Transparent PTEG for its chemical resistance and reliability with vape juice. However, be sure to research the effects of vape juice on plastic tanks. To prepare your tank, lightly sand it with a minimum of 400G sandpaper and wash it thoroughly with soap and hot water. You will need to sand both the top and bottom openings to ensure a tight fit with your vape device. I intentionally made these tanks slightly smaller to guarantee a snug fit. Additionally, you may notice that one side is tapered on the inside for easier printing. My printer settings are from Simplify 3D, as shown in the pictures above. When printed correctly, these tanks are incredibly strong and transparent, making it easy to see the fluid level. After using over-sized vape tanks for a couple of years, I have found them to be surprisingly resilient, but they can still crack if dropped badly. Good luck with your printing project!
