Vape Station
thingiverse
With a growing stash of atomisers and favourite e-liquids cluttering my workspace, I decided an hour or two in Fusion 360 would be time well spent. The design has ample space for 4 x atomisers, 2 x spare drip tips, 2 x 18650 batteries, and 4 x 30-60ml juice bottles. To combat warping when printing with ABS, I've deliberately broken up the front edge of the design. However, the corners remain a problem, as you can see from the attached photo. Despite this, the design still functions perfectly, but PLA would undoubtedly be a better choice. The design prints smoothly with 0.25mm layers, 2 perimeters, and 10% infill to support the roof. Adding an extra 3 top layers might also help keep it watertight in case of any potential leaks.
