Updated Design Variable Area Opening Nozzle designed for 2.5" Turbocharger inlet. Design criteria were: 3 Liter Engine, 9000 RPM continuous, maintain gas velocity at Mach, Oil Cooled, Moderate Carbon Fouling functional, and controllable from a small stepper motor. Entire design has to be millable from 3 axis, and maintainable with standard tools. Worm and Ring Gears were staged to help stepper deal with the exhaust force.
