Vanmoof S5 - Chain guard lock

Do you run into the issue where your chain grinds to your chain guard of the Vanmoof S5/A5? the problem lies with the design of the chain guard. The snap fingers have too much tollerance which enables the chain guard to move slightly resulting in the grinding noice. The chain guard lock prevents the chain guard from shifting by securing it firmly in place. it basically compensates for the tollerance. simply put the lock on the metal frame. Then click the snap fingers in place. You might need to apply some force since the tollerances are tight. recommended print settings:preferably use a SLS printer (often used when ordering from a website). Otherwise use a FDM printer. Due to the necessary wall thickness of 1mm i recommend printing it in the position shown in one of the pictures without support.
