Remix with smaller hinge pin hole to allow the use of PLA (or other) filament as the hinge pin instead of 3mm brass rod. 2 mixes, one with a 2mm hole which is a tight fit on my printer and one with a slightly larger hole for easy assembly (2.25mm) Thank you for the suggestion, it makes this a completed 3d print project without having to look for other parts.
