To achieve this, the following options were chosen: picture orientation as horizontal; layer height of 0.1; picture shape as hd; text reversal disabled; inclusion of a hole with a diameter of 10mm; large pane size; text size set at 20; 20 layers; and text positioned vertically at -21. The image file used was lithopane_new20140205-19506-nloga5-0.dat, while the text lines were left blank.
