Van's RV-12 Rudder Pedal Extension

These files are for Rudder Pedal Extensions for a Van's RV-12 aircraft. The stock pedals use a 1" foot pad on the crossbar. The actual additional length is -1" from the size listed on the extension (2.5" extension is 1.5" longer that the original). The parts may require post print finishing for the bolt hole and bolt head recess hole depending on your printer setup. I print with 4 perimeters in the slicer to ensure a solid area for any final drilling/sizing. The 2" and 2.5" extensions require the Brake Pedal Extensions to be added to keep the foot geometry correct in applying the brakes. The Brake Pedal Extension require a hole to be drilled in the brake pedal tube to attach with an AN bolt. Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: i3 MK3 MMU 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2mm Infill: 30 Filament: Matter Hackers Nylon X Carbon Fiber Black Notes: Print with one end on the heatbed, holes will be slightly out of round so ream with a drill bit to final size.
