VAN KYO Mini projector ceiling mount
thingiverse
I got a projector for cheep on Amazon but after a while I decided to ceiling mount it. It isn't compatible with any of the standard universal mounts. So I purchased an Amazon Basic universal projector mount, screwed that to a piece of scrap plywood I sanded and painted white to match the ceiling and screwed this mount I designed quickly. I used a small drill bit to make the holes for the screws. The design was made in Tinkercad. I printed the part in the orientation of the 2nd picture as it was only a prototype, and this is my first 100% from scratch design. It's not the best orientation structurally wise but was the least wasteful as far as supports.
