This is a combination of two other designs for the 'state cards' in the Vampire the Masquerade Chapters board game. I liked the cube tracker for the state card health but wanted something that keeps everything together. I printed mine in black PLA and used a white paint marker pen (brand Artistro) to paint the numbers white.
