A replacement thumb rest for a stanley knife. Mine somehow got lost, so i designed thisFits in the existing slot and is held in by a groove. Took a few iterations to get the fit just rightPrinting: i printed with 0.16mm layers on a 0.6mm nozzle. Place the part upright and add supports under a cutout for the slider handle. Add a helper disc/mouse ear if having troubles with bed adhesion. I printed mine with PETG, but i suppose it can be printed with TPU, which might be more comfy. I also noticed that the flat face would develop a bulge in the middle, setting the filament flow to 97% solved this. Set a slow speed and max cooling for the overhang.To install this, you will need to dismantle the knife. Remove 2 screws and pry apart the 2 halves, insert the piece, and put everything back together. The rectangular cutout is needed to set the slider in the forward-most position to unlock the blade change button.Also added a flat version, if that's what suits you
