This is the plastic piece for the handle assembly of older Moen pull out kitchen faucets. It sits on top of the valve stem and is held in place by a single phillips screw. It has a cutout which clips around a bar on part 116847. I could not find the part number for this plastic piece, but both parts are shown in the picture (with the plastic one broken in half). I modeled this measuring right off the original, and it fit right into my sink first go. Stopped the sink from leaking as it allows the valve to shut fully now.
