Valve Lifter
grabcad
Here are the 3D CAD models of a Valve Lifter created using SolidWorks software: The valve lifter design consists of two main parts: the body and the stem. The body is a cylindrical shape with a diameter of 2 inches and a height of 4 inches. It has a threaded hole on top for attaching the stem. The stem is a long, thin rod that connects to the body and extends down into the engine's cylinder head. It has a small ball at the end that rides up and down in the valve guide as the engine moves through its four-stroke cycle. To create this design using SolidWorks, start by creating a new part file and selecting the cylindrical shape from the features tree. Set the diameter to 2 inches and the height to 4 inches. Then, add a threaded hole on top of the body by going to the features tree and selecting the "threaded hole" option. Next, create the stem by going back to the features tree and selecting the "cylinder" option. Set the diameter to 1/2 inch and the height to 6 inches. Then, add a ball to the end of the stem by going to the features tree and selecting the "sphere" option. Once both parts are created, use the "assembly" tool in SolidWorks to combine them into a single assembly. This will allow you to see how the valve lifter works as a whole system. To finish the design, add some fasteners to hold the stem in place inside the body. You can do this by going to the features tree and selecting the "screw" option. Set the screw's diameter to 1/4 inch and its length to 2 inches. Finally, use the "rendering" tool in SolidWorks to create a 3D image of the valve lifter assembly. This will give you a visual representation of how the parts fit together and work as a whole system.
With this file you will be able to print Valve Lifter with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Valve Lifter.
