I'd be happy to help you upgrade your cooling system. Simply remove the existing internal plastic cover and the visor to allow for better airflow. To keep everything in place, you can use three strong 3x3 N42 neodymium magnets. A small amount of hot glue will also come in handy. I've added a Fusion 360 file with four different visor designs, each one offering improved cooling performance. However, I did encounter an issue with the thinner visors being too flexible, making it difficult to add more material without compromising their structure.
