Valve Index - Thinner Adapters for WidmoVR Lenses

The WidmoVR adapters have a distance between the lenses of the Valve Index and the Prescription lenses. This is needed because the prescription lenses vary in thickness depending on the diopter. In my case I found out that there is still 3.2 mm of space between the lenses. So I designed new adapters to reduce the distance by 3 mm. Now I can adjust the lenses even closer to the eyes and get the maximum FOV out.
