The wall hanger takes up space where the face gasket normally resides, so it needs to be removed before hanging. It's compatible with the Ikea Skadis pegboard system and can hold the Valve Index in place. Unfortunately, magnets that fit are still hard to find, which would make aligning the Index with the mount a lot easier.
