This is a custom design based on the Valve Index Controller grip cover. During gameplay of Half Life Alyx, I found myself missing a pistol grip shaped controller for my dominant right (right-handed) hand. If you need a grip cover for your left hand, please mirror this design. Note: Similar to the original Valve grip cover, this custom design will enlarge the grip, even slightly more than the original. My medium-sized male hands barely fit with this design, and it's far from perfect, but it provides a better gun-like feeling in the game and improves my sense of aiming. EDIT: I've added a small nub to the top to keep the Controller Bumper in place. To use this grip cover, you'll need to cut out one side slightly or use an alternative design available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4212714. EDIT2: Due to numerous requests for a left-handed version, I've uploaded a mirrored file. EDIT3: In response to some user requests, I created a new version V2 with a longer grip. I haven't printed this version yet. Additionally, I've added a left-handed version V2.
