One of the biggest issues with Valve Index Knuckles controllers is the gap that is around the USB-C port. It allows the port to slightly bend when a cable is plugged into it, causing the inner connections to weaken and eventually break overtime. It is a very common issue everyone has with these controllers at some point. This small insert slides around the port, filling the gap snugly which should elimate the port wobble and hopefully prevent this flaw ever happening. It should fit into the port without any need to glue it or whatever, its very snug. Print two of them with the highest resolution you can and no infill and it should be good to go. No supports needed, just print it with the large base towards the bed. Regarding the print - I have marked the side that the notched part should be facing on the second picture. There is also no guarantee this will work for every Index Knuckles controller out there because of varied manufacturing tolerances. Works on both of mine fine though.
