You'll have to attach the logo carefully if it's not a snug fit. It might be necessary to smooth out the logo with some sanding for it to sit properly within my tolerances. My precision isn't quite there yet. Once printed, you should apply some adhesive craft foam or similar material to protect your headset from scratches. If you decide to print it in two halves, make sure to bond them securely using super glue to increase its overall strength.
