This adapter is specifically designed to attach the Index lighthouse mounts to the old mounting holes from the Vive mounts. The design incorporates M4x15 bolts between the Index mount and the printed part, while regular wall screws are used between the print and the wall. It's essential that the wall screws are installed before the Index mount, as this will cover the holes otherwise.
