I'm tired of getting my hands dirty by removing valve caps from my tires. So, I designed a handy tool to simplify this process for me. It fits perfectly on my valve caps, although some variations may exist due to differences in cap design. My cap measures 10.6mm in diameter at its thickest point and approximately 12mm in height. The opener has an outer diameter of 14mm, which can be adjusted if necessary, and features 30 small pins that fit snugly into the valve's grooves. For printing, I used a .4mm nozzle and a .25mm layer height. Infill density isn't crucial for this design, but I chose 15% infill for added stability. Have fun using it!
