A Valv Flap designed to be inserted in a sewer pipe without a sleeve.It is designed to be fitted in with 2 5mm O-ring seals.It is not air tight but in case of heavy rain it should block the pipe enough to impede flooding. To improve the tightness, I covered the parts with spray on rubber.
