Simple Raze headphone kit, I used old basic headphones as the base and glued on the headphones as a cover. The headband is covered in thin craft foam and I made my own earcups using craft foam and upholstery foam. If flexibility isn't an issue, you could make the headband out of craft foam instead of using a headphone base. Need 2x of each file.
