Vallejo Paint Rack

While browsing an antique store, I stumbled upon some old spice racks that would have been perfect for my paint bottles. However, they were too wide and had the wrong openings, so I decided to create this model after a few iterations. When designing, my primary objectives were: - Printing without supports was a must - Minimal filament usage was crucial - The design needed to be light enough to move around easily - It had to fit on most print beds (200 x 200) - Assembly required no glue whatsoever - The design had to be stackable - Multiple size bottles were supported - Bottles had to lean in such a way that allowed the maximum number of rows per height My final result was flat panels with gravity self-locking tabs, similar to those used in acrylic enclosures. There are two front panels at 12 degrees: one for Vallejo 17ml bottles (26mm) and one for Vallejo 60ml bottles (36.5mm), which also fits Apple Barrel paints. - This design is meant to fit snugly, but based on your machine's tolerances, you might need to file the openings. - You can mix and match each row as desired, with panels having openings for both types. - The blue highlighted openings in the picture are for the 60ml bottles plate. - The yellow highlighted openings in the picture are for the 17ml bottles plate. - If needed, you can glue the "feet" or "connectors." On my case, they were snug, but you may use super glue as necessary. - Since 17ml bottles are self-supported, installing the rear support on those rows is not required.
