Valken Thunder B Shell
thingiverse
I couldn't find files out there for a working Valken Thunder B shell, so I modelled my own. It's featureless, but you can smash whatever you want outside the external dimensions and then shell it out (using _VASE) and it should work. Make sure to use a tough, low stiffness material for this, and make sure it prints nearly airtight with few layers. I've had the best luck printing standard, high quality PLA, which gives a burst time of about 2 seconds and doesn't tend to snap at the threads. This package includes a negative mold (for rotocasting), 2 example shell thicknesses (0.6 and 0.8 mm) and a "vase mode" version that has no interior features.
