Valerian - Neck Comms Patch

I've been glued to too many movie trailers and clips lately. This is the distinctive neck patch seen on Valerian in the trailers. I'm betting it's for communication purposes. Built as a single unit, this design likely features metallic paint on its exposed surfaces, which means we only need one model to get the look just right.
