Print at 60% size and it's perfect. You can see the size in my hand. On a Prusa at 60%, you get ten on the bed. I print with PLA 0.2mm with no supports, but the lid requires a brim because it tends to pop off without one. My five- and nine-year-olds gave these away for Valentine's Day. We customized the lids for teachers too. The small notch at the bottom allows you to separate them easily. I added a blank lid where you can put your own design. I also included a music symbol on one lid for my daughter's music class. Update: February 2, 2019 The original design had some strands inside due to the Fillet near the top. I modified it and now it's much less likely to have random strings. I added more fillet to the lid, making it snap together better. Before, it would get a lip inside the lid and become hard to remove, requiring me to use a brim and edge tool on the inner edge. Now, I need to do this less often. Some plastics tend to develop an edge than others; maybe adjusting temperature will eliminate that lip. Prusa ColorPrint allows you to pause prints for color changes. I've had some with six to ten color changes. February 13: I thought of a Deadpool heart design. I'll post pictures later. It turned out great. If you use Prusa Color Print, you can change from red, black, and white.
