To make this happen, use the pause feature on your 3D printer and choose two filaments-preferably white and black. I haven't tried other colors but in theory any dark color will work too. Here's how to print: Start with white filament and keep printing until it starts doing the embossed part. Pause the printer (I use M600 in Cura to pause) and switch to black filament, then resume printing until the end. Scan it using a QR code scanner from your smartphone and enjoy!
