However, being ridiculously lazy, I never followed through on that idea. Moving forward to 2017, I got my hands on a new 3D printer - a shiny new toy that was just begging for some tinkering. What better time than now to give those crosses the attention they deserved? The cross design cleverly allows the PCB to drop down into it while a thin backplate clicks securely on top.
