We kicked off by leveraging a fantastic scan from Scobo because we couldn't find a realistic cup or mug dedicated to Darth Vader that already existed. To stay true to the original proportions and shape, we added a "Vader style" handle and one empty cylinder, then printed it using FormFutura Holland's new PLA Volcano, a special heat-resistant PLA that requires annealing in an oven. After annealing, it withstands temperatures of up to 110 degrees Celsius, making it perfect for serving tea or coffee. May the PLA Volcano be with you!
