We kicked off with a solid scan from Scobo since we couldn't locate a genuine cup or mug dedicated to Darth Vader that was already created. To stay true to the original dimensions and shape, we added a "Vader-inspired" handle and an empty cylinder, then printed it using FormFutura Holland's new PLA Volcano - a special heat-resistant material that requires annealing in the oven. After annealing, this PLA can withstand 110 degrees Celsius, making it perfect for tea and coffee. May the PLA Volcano be with you!
